Annual General Meeting 2020

Due to COVID-19 the committee have agreed to move the Annual General Meeting later then normal.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Plymouth International Hotel, 220 Courtney Street, New Plymouth on Saturday 25th July 2020 at 4.00pm

There will also be a Zoom video conference link available, if you wish to participate via Zoom please email secretary@taranakicarclub.org.nz to be added to the list. We wil also send out a link closer to the time.

Final date for receiving remits and nominations will be 11th July 2020. Agenda attached.We hope that you are able to join us. Enquiries to: secretary@taranakicarclub.org.nz

We have a few positions opening up on the committee this year as Annabelle Sutton is standing down as Treasurer this year after 10+ years. Annabelle is going to missed by many, shes been the first point of contact for many who have joined the club over the last 10 years. 

We welcome new and existing members to nominate or step forward for the following positions,

-General Committee members
